Frisco Fit Challenge presented by StaYoung Fitness

  

The Frisco Fit Challenge was a twelve week program, that was held on June 16 through September 5 , and was designed for all levels of fitness.  From couch potatoes to seasoned athletes, participants were challenged to raise their level of fitness through sensible nutrition and consistent, challenging exercise.  Participants competed to see who has the highest reduction of body fat, the most weight loss, and the most improved performance in situps, pushups and a 12 minute run.  At the beginning of the challenge participants were assessed by the staff at StaYoung fitness, then treated to weekly weigh-ins and access to expert advise, mid-program participants will be re-assessed to track the progress being made, continue with their program of exercise and diet and then at the end of the program will receive a final assessment.
